Frequently Asked Questions

1- Can I expect a common standard from each Office?
Yes, The firm has and actively implements a professional standards manual, which all firms are to adhere to. Implementation is monitored by inter office reviews.

2- How can individual Offices draw on the international experience?
The firm has developed a modern and sophisticated electronic intranet system that allows member firms to access the experience and abilities of the network on an international level.

The mechanisms used to ensure a common direction and interchange of experience also include:
* Frequent conferences (at international and regional levels).
* An international committee that meet regularly.
* Common regional technical committees that ensure accounting and other standards are regulated updated.

3- Can I deal with one Office for internal issues?
If you prefer to talk only to one office, that can be easily arranged, Or if you prefer to interact with individual offices, that is also possible.

Our business is to meet our client's requirements and we can normally accommodate your wishes. For example international fee arrangements can be through the Head Office, if that is how you wish to handle it.

4- Do you have standard fee arrangements at each office?
The economic situation and environment is different in each office and it is not therefore possible to operate common fee levels. However it is a common practice that fees will be based on time spent (estimated or actual depending on the circumstances) taking into account the level of staff being employed.

It is the firm's practice to ensure fee arrangements are fair and equitable and to ensure value for money criteria is employed.
